Mike Marunde

Mike Marunde, born in Montana and raised in Alaska and Virginia, Mike first stepped onto the stage after serving as an infantryman in the first Gulf War. After more than a decade touring as a drummer in the rock band RPG, he returned to acting in film and television. He resides in Virginia with his wife and ten children and recently completed his BFA in Theatre Performance (Class of '26) at Virginia Commonwealth University. He is drawn to morally complex characters - men navigating loyalty, consequence, and the tension between control and collapse. Whether portraying institutional authority, calculated adversaries, or men living on the margins, he brings discipline, restraint, and quiet intensity to roles shaped by pressure and choice.
